3.PRECISE ZIPPER OPENING

Precise zipper opening by servo motor, ensuring zipper bag is easier to open, facilitating the filling process.

4. BAG OPENING STATION, NO OPENING, NO FILLING, NO SEALING

We understand that different packaging bags have different hanging hole requirements. That's why our machine is versatile and can create two common types of hanging holes: round and butterfly holes. It even features dual suction cup bag opening technology, ensuring the bag is efficiently and cleanly opened.The station is also equipped with a detection device that prevents material from being dispensed or the bag from being sealed if it is not properly opened, thus avoiding wastage of bags.

5.TWO HEAT SEALING STATIONS

We offer various heat sealing methods based on the bag's material. Commonly used in the market are straight-line sealing and mesh-line sealing. Using two heat seals ensures a stronger, more secure, and aesthetically pleasing closure.
