1. BAG OPENING STATION, NO OPENING, NO FILLING, NO SEALING
The bag opening station is customized based on the hanging hole on the bag, ensuring the proper distance for the opening suction cup to ensure correct bag opening. The station is also equipped with a detection device that prevents material from being dispensed or the bag from being sealed if it is not properly opened, thus avoiding wastage of bags.
2. FOOD HYGIENE STANDARDS.
The main part of the machine is made of stainless steel, which can ensure the durability of the machine and the hygiene of the production line. The filling area and vacuum chamber can be cleaned with water, and it meet the requirements of food production safety.
