Automatic side loading bottle carton packaging machine                                           

This machine is suitable for packing various pharmaceutical bottles. It automatically places pre-counted vials into pre-folded paper carton according to customer specifications. The machine seals both ends of the paper carton using a hot melt glue machine, completing the packing process and enabling automation.

· SUCKING CARTON WITH FORMING

This machine is designed to work with pre-folded paper cartons made from white cardboard, as detailed in our document 'Technical Requirements Regarding Machine Carton Packaging.' 

During the suction process, the machine molds the pre-folded paper box in one step, facilitating subsequent carton packing at the next station.

·NO MATERIAL, NO CARTON SUCKING

The machine employs a sensor system to avoid suctioning empty paper cartons. If our optical sensors do not detect any material, the machine refrains from suction, preventing wastage of paper cartons.

·REMOVE CARTON WITHOUT LEAFLET

Integrated at the finished product conveyor, this feature detects the absence of leaflet within a paper carton. Consequently, the machine rejects the carton, preventing non-compliant products from entering the market.

· STABLE PERFORMANCE

PLC Automatic Control System. The electrical components are sourced from internationally renowned brands, for example: Germany Siemens PLC, France Schneider circuit breaker and switch button, Japan Omron photoelectric components and relay, Schneider servo system and so on, ensuring stable performance.
